Islamophobia Awareness Month Book display and National Exhibition
Wednesday 15 November
Middlesex University, The Ricketts Quadrangle, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BT
As the sad and horrific events unfold in the Middle East, it is even more important that staff and students feel safe and supported on campus and in the wider community. Islamophobia Awareness Month is a national campaign to remove misunderstandings about Islam and Muslims living in the UK. The University’s Changing the Culture initiative and Report.It.To.Stop.It. campaign highlight the role that all of us can play in working together to stop all forms of hate crime, be it islamophobia, antisemitism, racism, homophobia, etc. The Islamophobia Awareness Month national touring exhibition, brought to you by the Middlesex University Inter Faith Network in the Quad. Through mutual understanding we can individually and collectively make a difference!
