In life you will be faced with difficult interpersonal situations. Our Conflict Management webinar looks at verbal & non-verbal communication, conflict management styles, how to ‘spot the signs’ as a situation begins to escalate, de-escalation techniques and the legalities around self-defence. We aim to give you the tools to minimise the risk of turning a drama into a crisis. With an introduction from Salford University.
