Derbyshire Carers Association warmly welcome all carers to a free event to raise awareness of mental health, in recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month and Inter Faith Week. There will be guided meditation, aromatherapy, mix and blend sessions, treatments, refreshments, blood pressure tests and goody bags. There will also be 4 - 5 mental health and physical wellbeing stall holders.
