    “Draw Your Breath” – meditation with a simple art session

    Dr. Gil Dekel (Hampshire Police Force Chaplain), in a short meditation to follow your breathing, and then to draw it. No artistic skills required.
    There is also a Padlet to upload and share our ‘artworks’ after the meditation.
