Online Session on Mixed-Faith Families and Interfaith Dialogue
Thursday 12 November 19.00 – 20.30
London
Join us to explore a fresh lens on belonging and identity, one you can bring back to your own dialogue work.
Facilitstor bio: Dalia grew up in an Italian-Egyptian family where Catholic and Muslim traditions lived side by side. Today, she brings the empathy and curiosity she learnt in her mixed family to her work as an academic and interfaith practitioner. She is a final-year PhD candidate in Social Anthropology at SOAS, researching the everyday experiences of mixed-faith families in London. She founded MyMixedHeritage Project, co-authored “Interfaith Work and Interfaith Families: A Toolkit” with Susan Katz Miller and served as Inter-Faith Advisor at Goodenough College. Dalia is also a trustee of the Women’s Interfaith Network and collaborates regularly with interfaith organisations across London, including Harrow Interfaith and the Faith & Belief Forum.
Please note: This event is strictly for 18 - 35 year olds. Zoom link will be sent in the days leading up to the event.
