Dialogue roundtable

Friday 14 November 14.00 – 17.00

27 Rutland Gate, London, SW7 1PD

We will begin with refreshments for the group to get to know each other. Then launch into the dialogue which will collectively reimagine the concepts of work, wealth and wellbeing. Drawing on the wealth of concepts, principles and experience from people of faith or belief, we will explore how our socio-economic lives can be a source of cohesion. The perspectives of the three protagonists of society; the individual (particularly youth), the community and the institution will be key in considering these themes.

Each participant will bring quotes, concepts and theories from sacred Writings, philosophy, academia and spiritual concepts to consider as part of this discussion. We have a framing document which will help to guide the discussion. The insights gleaned will be added to the national discussion on this matter, a wider project being conducted by the Baha'i Office of Public Affairs.
