Virtual Buddhist Meditation Session

The Multifaith Network would like you to attend a Virtual Buddhist Meditation Session on the 11th November which will be led by the Jamyang Buddhist Centre in Leeds. The session introduces a method for developing calm abiding meditation using methods, relaxation, stability and clarity.
The event will be run from 11:30 - 12:15 and will be streamed via MS Teams. This is an instructor led session and can be performed either sat on a chair or comfortably sat on the floor. No pre-requssites are required.
The centre is a place for meditation and study and their core aims are to promote wellbeing and meditation, in line with Buddhist principles, and to preserve the Buddhist Mahayana tradition, throughout the North of England and further afield.
