Sunday 17 November
The Harlow Jewish Community are hosting a soup kitchen on Mitzvah Day. They will cook in the synagogue a cream of vegetable and pulses soup, to be offered with chunks of french bread, to people in need. The Jewish Community will also organise a free lunch for this year’s Mitzvah Day, consisting of a delicious soup, sandwiches, curry and cake. They will join the Harlow Ethnic Minority Umbrella with other faith groups including the Harlow Islamic Centre to serve the food at St Paul’s Church in Harlow to anyone that needed it.
