Servant Leadership: What do our faiths teach and how does it influence the way we lead in our workplace?

An online inter faith converation with contributions from Jill Rowe and Paramjit Kaur Matharu. Jill is the Ethos and Formation Director for Oasis a charity engaged in the transformation of over 35 communities across the UK. She is part of Oasis Church Waterloo and is also a speaker and writer and can sometimes be heard doing Pause for Thought for BBC Radio 2. Paramjit is a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase Bank. She has been the chair of the VAT working group at UK Finance for the last 8 years. She is the CEO for Sikh Assembly and member of the JP Morgan Women on the Move as well as Aspire and BAME forums.

There will also be a reflection from Rev David Gould on the first anniversary of the tree planting at Holy Trinity Smethwick to mark the 550th anniversary of the birth of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
