Inter Faith and Belief Webinar
Thursday 18 November 14.00 – 15.30
King's College Hospital, Denmark Hill, London, SE5 9RS
The multi faith and belief chaplaincy team at King's College Hospital NHS Trust has been working with the Trust's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team to explore setting up an inter faith and belief network in the Trust.
During Inter Faith Week the Trust's chaplaincy team plans to engage stakeholders both within the Trust and in the community to explore the value and potential of the various local faiths and beliefs working together to support patients, relatives and staff.
We are inviting staff and local community faith and belief representatives to a webinar on the topic:
Reflecting on various faith and belief principles on working together for the common good.
Representatives from various faith and belief backgrounds will briefly present (5-8 minutes), followed by a discussion focusing on how the perspectives heard may be used to jointly support the development of the proposed inter faith and belief network in the hospital to help support patients, relatives and staff.
