Faith, Festivities and Food in Slough

Members from Walk & Talk Upton led by Anita Balani will be talking about faith and festivities.
Walk & Talk Upton is a local community group based in Upton, Slough, Berkshire with the main aim of supporting their members to promote their health and wellbeing as well as fight social isolation & loneliness amongst the elderly. They encourage women to socialise, share ideas and knowledge, enjoy the outdoors to make healthy and informed lifestyle choices for themselves and their families.
Speakers:
Raj/HIndu; Seema/Born a Sikh, will speak of her journey from Sikhism; Sushma/ Aarya Samaji, an off shoot of Hinduism; Leela/Christian; Suman/Brahma Kumari faith.
They will each speak for upto 10 minutes each. This will be followed by any Q&A with the audience.
