Buddhist Group of Kendal (Theravada) Open Meeting - participate from home

Kendal, UK. 14.00 – 16.30
BGKT holds an open meeting on the 3rd Sunday of the month (except December), from 2.00 - 4.30pm.

Open meetings are led by lay teachers authorized to teach by the Theravada Buddhist Sangha (Community of Theravada Buddhist Monks). Open meetings include The Four Foundations of Mindfulness taught by The Buddha; Tranquillity and Insight Meditation; Walking Meditation. Talks on Buddhism. (And usually tea and biscuits).
