Breakfast forum: “We don’t talk religion or politics!”

Tuesday 15 November 8.30 – 10.00

The Faith & Belief Forum, Star House, 104 Grafton Road, London NW5 4BA

Faith and belief can be integral to people’s identity, how they see the world, and what is important to them. Knowledgeable and inclusive workplaces, which understand lived experiences and are able to meet employees’ needs, are essential to enabling individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive. Yet faith and belief inclusion is often overlooked, sometimes out of fear of ‘getting it wrong’. We can help.

This National Inter Faith Week, you are warmly invited to join The Faith & Belief Forum at our training space in Kentish Town for networking and discussion over breakfast. Presentations will explore the common myth that talking about religion is necessarily awkward and uncomfortable, and how this idea harms employers and employees. Get to know The Faith & Belief Forum's key principles for faith inclusion and how they can support workplaces to open up rather than close down sensitive conversations, enabling you to meet the needs of your diverse teams and support everyone to thrive at work.
