Introductory LGBT+ Training

Tuesday 6 November 13.00 – 17.00

University of Salford Students' Union, University House, The Crescent, Salford, M5 4WT

What are the conditions that create a respectful dialogue between people who are different, rather than a debate? How can we manage some of the challenges that may arise on campus when it comes to LGBT and faith identities? What experiences do LGBT people of faith have, and how can we ensure they are included, welcomed and celebrated in their full identities? These are the questions we will be considering in this introductory training session. This is a perfect training for anyone who hosts groups, members of student societies, or anyone interested in intersectionality. You will get a certificate on completion of this training.
Members of all faiths and none are welcome.
