Honouring the Contribution of India and The Commonwealth During World War One

Friday 16 November 18.30 – 19.45

BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, 105-119 Brentfield Road, Neasden, NW10 8LD

One hundred years ago, peace was declared in Europe marking the end of the First World War. The entire world had been engaged in four years of terrible conflict and an entire generation had been affected.

Many countries around the world, including India and other Commonwealth nations, made tremendous sacrifices in supporting the war effort and in bringing the conflict to an end.

BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha is pleased to honour the contribution of all Commonwealth countries on the centenary of the end of the War by holding a special commemorative event at the iconic Neasden Temple.
