Sunday 18 November 14.30 – 16.30
Outside the Norwegian Church Arts Centre, Harbour Drive, Cardiff Bay, CF10 4PA
Join us as we walk and talk, visiting various places of worship along the way! Beginning in Cardiff Bay and walking through the heart of Butetown, defined by its multicultural and multi-religious past - something which we still celebrate today - we will skirt the city centre and complete our journey in Grangetown. Amongst our brief stops along the way, we will visit several churches, mosques, a Gurdwara, a Hindu Temple, as well as discovering something of the Jewish Community whose houses of worship are now elsewhere in the city but also had a presence here. But, as Robert Louis Stevenson once said, "To travel hopefully is a better thing than to arrive" - and so the journey together, as we walk and talk, will be the means through which we discover more about one another - and Faithful Cardiff!
