Celebrating Faith 2018

Sunday 18 November 14.00 – 18.00

Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, BN3 3BQ

Come and find out about the broad range of social welfare and community development projects that are delivered by our faith communities, and the difference it makes to our city.

The event will include contributions from Bishop Richard Jackson, Anglican Bishop of Lewes; Stephen Timms MP, Chair of the APPG on Faith and Society; Archbishop Jerome Lloyd of Selsey, Vice Chair of Brighton and Hove Faith in Action; and Cllr Daniel Yates, Leader of BHCC.
At 3pm, join us for the signing of the City's Faith Covenant.

The Poster for the event explains: "The Faith Covenant is a set of principles the City Council and the Faith Community have agreed to in order to work more closely together in the delivery of social welfare and community development projects. Around 50% of the faith community signed the Faith Covenant and it was recently approved at Council Committee with unanimous political support."
